Dedicated to serving the City of New York, Bobby retired after 36 distinguished years, many committed to the Bronx. Entrusted to oversee the maintenance, audit, and distribution of narcotic medications for all New York City EMS units, his service, leadership, and attention to detail helped shape and support the city’s entire EMS system. His critical contributions leave a lasting impact on the EMS system and his community.
