Jeanne Lackey, 29, Trinity Mother Frances Hospital, Flight for Life, died in the line of duty in an air medical accident. Dedicating her life to caring for others, she is described as “bold as a bear” no matter the situation or patient’s condition. Her simple acts, such as holding a patient’s hand, reflected her connection and attention to every patient. She enjoyed playing golf, snow and water skiing, playing board games, and loved to cook. Described as a beautiful, funny, intelligent soul, she took care of those around her. Jeanne is remembered for her kindness and sense of humor.
