Community Rescue Squad
Stephen Walsh, 60, Community Rescue Squad, died in the line of duty due to a medical event. With a lifelong commitment to serving others, he proudly served as a flight engineer and pilot with the New York Air National Guard 105th Airlift Wing. In addition to his public safety and military careers, he also worked as a DJ for a local radio station and as a captain for Hudson River Cruises. A beloved husband, father, brother and community servant, Steve is remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family and his service to his community.
