James Welsh, 29, Air Evac Lifeteam, died in the line of duty in an air medical accident. Described as a best friend to everyone with an ability to connect with anyone. Known as someone one could rely on for anything, he was always willing to do extra, always with a smile, and always with a positive attitude. He was a member of the National Wild Turkey Federation and owned and operated Hot Shot Drone Deer Recovery, a service that helps locate wounded deer. Remembered as an outstanding family man, James was looking forward to being a father and loved his family dearly.
